US price ranges for every procedure we cover, and whether insurance is likely to apply.
Surgical procedures in this field typically range from about $3,000 for scrotal and web corrections to $20,000 or more for implants and microsurgery; non-surgical regenerative courses run $1,500–$6,000. Insurance usually applies only when a procedure treats a documented medical condition such as erectile dysfunction or Peyronie's disease, not when it is aesthetic.
These are ranges, not quotes. For most of these procedures there is no published national price database, so the figures are editorial estimates; the cost guides below show their basis and sources. A surgeon's itemized quote is the only number that applies to you.

Ranges reflect the figures on each procedure guide as of 2026-11-01; insurance summaries are condensed from those guides and are not coverage determinations. Confirm coverage with your insurer and the surgeon's billing team.
Five things account for most of the variation: the complexity of the operation (a revision or a combined procedure costs more than a primary one), the device or graft used, the facility (ambulatory surgery center versus hospital), anesthesia, and geography. Ask for an itemized quote that separates the surgeon's fee, the facility fee, the device and anesthesia, and states what follow-up is included.
Verify the surgeon's credentials yourself (how to verify them), confirm what is and is not included, and ask whether a revision is priced. See also how to choose a penile implant surgeon.
