A curated specialist directory for male sexual medicine and aesthetic urology — built around credential verification, not advertising spend.
Male sexual medicine — encompassing aesthetic penile surgery, prosthetic urology, Peyronie's disease reconstruction, and vascular regenerative andrology — is practised by a small number of exceptionally trained subspecialists. Finding one is unreasonably difficult.
Standard digital advertising channels (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok) categorically restrict or ban advertising for male genital aesthetic and sexual enhancement procedures. This leaves world-class reconstructive urologists structurally invisible online, while patients conducting urgent, private-browser research are left to navigate a fragmented landscape of unverified sources, supplement websites, and medical tourism promotions.
AndrologyClinics.com was built to close that gap. We provide a single, authoritative index of practitioners who have completed the specific credentialling pathway that qualifies them to perform these procedures to the highest clinical standard.
Every surgeon listed on AndrologyClinics.com must satisfy at least one of the following independent credential criteria. Listings that do not meet this threshold are excluded — regardless of reputation, marketing budget, or patient volume.
The ABU is the recognised certifying body for urological surgical practice in the United States. Board certification by the ABU requires completion of an accredited urology residency, passing a qualifying examination, and maintaining ongoing recertification. It is the baseline credential we require of all listed surgeons.
The SMSNA is the primary professional organisation for clinicians practising in male and female sexual medicine. Active or associate membership signals that a practitioner maintains ongoing engagement with the subspecialty literature, attends dedicated scientific meetings, and operates within a peer community focused on sexual medicine outcomes. We accept SMSNA active or associate member status as a qualifying credential independently of general urology board certification.
A post-residency fellowship in Andrology, Male Reproductive Medicine, or Prosthetic Urology represents the highest subspecialty training pathway available in this field. Fellowship-trained andrologists have typically completed one to two additional years beyond a five-to-six-year urology residency, under direct supervision by established subspecialty leaders. We treat fellowship completion as a standalone qualifying credential.
AndrologyClinics.com is not a pay-to-play advertising network. Basic listings are based on publicly verifiable credential data. Promoted listings — one per specialty per city — are available to listed practices at a fixed founding member rate. A practice cannot buy its way into the directory without first meeting the credential standard; it can only unlock enhanced visibility after meeting it.
We are also not a general urology directory. We focus exclusively on the subspecialty intersection of aesthetic surgery, reconstructive urology, penile prosthetics, and regenerative male sexual medicine. General urologists who do not practise in these subspecialties are not our target and are not listed.
The procedures covered by this directory are categorically cash-pay — they are not covered by insurance and carry significant out-of-pocket cost. Patients considering these procedures benefit from the highest possible standard of pre-decision information: understanding anatomical mechanisms, realistic outcome ranges, recovery timelines, material biocompatibility, and the specific training credentials of their operating surgeon.
Every educational article published on this site is written to that standard — clinical, precise, and free of the sensationalism and ambiguity that characterise most online coverage of these topics. We cite recognised medical bodies, published clinical literature, and manufacturer FDA clearance documentation. We do not publish outcome guarantees or unverified patient testimonials.
If you are a board-certified urologist with fellowship training or SMSNA membership and you operate an aesthetic or reconstructive andrology practice, we invite you to apply for a listing. We are currently accepting founding member applications for promoted city listings across major US metropolitan markets.
Founding member listings are priced at $500/month, locked for the life of the practice relationship. Given that a single silicone penile implant or complex reconstructive case generates $15,000–$25,000 in fee revenue, the economics of one additional cash-pay patient acquisition per two to three years fully justifies the listing investment.
